REPSOL Channels the Sports Interest of FH UMJ Students

There is a stereotype that says Law Faculty students can only argue. Is that true?

Of course not. The proof is that students at the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta (FH UMJ) also channel other abilities and interests, apart from studying law. One of them is in the field of sports.

FH UMJ has a Semi-Autonomous Institution (LSO), namely Republic Sport Of Law, or abbreviated as REPSOL UMJ. REPSOL is an institution that covers students' talents in the field of sports.

REPSOL FH UMJ was officially founded in 2007 and is a forum for student activities in four sports, namely futsal, badminton, basketball and football. Currently REPSOL FH UMJ consists of 14 students.

REPSOL members have a regular training schedule, according to their respective sports. Futsal practice is held every Monday at the Ciputat Futsal Camp, badminton practice is on Wednesday at the UMJ Foodcourt GOR, basketball practice is on Friday at the UMJ Greenpark Field, and football practice is held every month.

REPSOL FH UMJ members have also contributed many achievements, including 1st place in the National Inter-Faculty Futsal Tournament at the Padjadjaran Lawlympic, 2nd place in the Management Week women's doubles, and 3rd place in Futsal between national faculties at the Atmajaya Jakarta level .

Apart from that, REPSOL FH UMJ also has superior activities as an effort to promote Muhammadiyah University Jakarta and the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University Jakarta. The name of the tournament is the FH UMJ Dean's Cup. The FH UMJ Dean's Cup is a futsal and badminton tournament between high schools or vocational schools throughout Jabodetabek which is currently in its second year.
